MorphNode.set_p3d(xyz, R, swc_type)

Set the 3d parameters of the node

Parameters:

• xyz (np.array) – 3D location (um)

• R (float) – Radius of the segment (um)

• swc_type (int) – Type asscoiated with the segment according to SWC standards
