distributeLocsUniform
(*args, **kwargs)[source]¶ Distributes locations as uniform as possible, i.e. for a given distance between locations dx, locations are distributed equidistantly on each given node in the computational tree and their amount is computed so that the distance in between them is as close to dx as possible. Depth-first ordering.
- Parameters
dx (float (> 0)) – target distance in micron between the locations
node_arg – see documentation of MorphTree._convertNodeArgToNodes
add_bifurcations (bool) – whether to ensure that all bifurcation nodes are added
name (string) – the name under which the locations are stored. Defaults to ‘dont save’ which means the locations are not stored
